But today, I'm thrilled to welcome you to a unique experience. Drawing from the cherished recipes passed down through generations by my grandmother, I'm here to teach you the time-honoured secrets of Bolognese cuisine.
My mission is simple: to preserve my family's culinary heritage, transcending borders and cultures. To make sure every guest learns with clarity and confidence, our classes are designed using European Quality Assurance in Vocational Education and Training (EQAVET) quality assurance practices, with documented learning outcomes and assessment rubrics.
