By confirming your booking, you kindly acknowledge and agree to the following:

Participation
I understand that I will be participating in a cooking experience organized by Felsina Culinaria, based at Via Tanari 2013, Castel San Pietro Terme (BO).

Kitchen Environment
I am aware that the class involves the use of kitchen tools (such as knives), hot surfaces, and other cooking equipment. Some parts of the class may take place in outdoor areas (for example, a terrace), which may involve certain risks typically associated with such activities.

Responsibility
I take personal responsibility for my participation and for any minors attending under my care. I understand that Felsina Culinaria will take all reasonable measures to ensure a safe environment and will not be held liable for any injuries or damages unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Health & Allergies
I confirm that I am in good health and able to safely take part in the class. If I (or anyone in my group) have any food allergies or medical conditions that could affect participation, I will inform the organisers in advance so that necessary precautions can be taken.

Conduct
I agree to follow the instructions provided during the class and to participate in a respectful, considerate, and responsible manner to ensure a positive experience for everyone involved.

Photos & Videos
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional use by Felsina Culinaria (e.g. website or social media). Any identifiable images of participants will only be used with their prior consent.

Cancellation Policy
We offer a full refund for cancellations made up to two weeks before the event. For cancellations made between two weeks and 24 hours prior to the class, a 50% refund is provided. Then, no refunds are issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the class.
